Convenience store has branches in most Wal-Mart and Albertson and does not use ChexSystems. We just argue a point that the parent company of First National Bank of Texas, do not use ChexSystems when verifying new accounts. Let us know whether it is valid for an opinion.
Chase Bank of Texas has offices throughout the country and to review some of these sites for new accounts using TeleCheck instead of ChexSystems. Obviously, even in regions that have been with ChexSystems some with a negative impact on your account to be able to open accounts if the bank is a letter, provided that they are indicates that all elements must have been paid.

I live in Terrell (about 30 minutes from Dallas and had great difficulty, and the accounts of banks gave me. I do not know why, but some of them fail credit report if you apply online to control.

Actually, an account called the Second Chance have verified that no traces. They are in many Wal-Mart and they also give a great privilege for $ 600 when you discover the direct deposit, you can make more money from ATMs, even if your balance is negative ... I use a lot.
